Re : Brochure of Particulars

Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange for the listing of
504,000 New Ordinary Shares of IR2.5p each to be admitted to dealing on the
Official List . The shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares of the Company.

All the above shares are to be issued in lieu of partial payment for the
acquisition Advent Communications Limited.

Copies of this brochure are available from the Company Announcements Office
for two business days following the date above and from the registered office
of Vislink Plc for fourteen days.
