Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the
London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange's respective markets for listed
securities ('Admission') in respect of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each
('New Ordinary Shares') under a block listing.


The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares in issue, are being issued pursuant to the exercise of
employee share options under the Executive Share Option Scheme. It is expected
that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary
Shares will commence on 1 December 2006.
