Additional Listing

Vislink plc ('the Company') announced earlier today that application will be
made for 696,000 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each ('New Ordinary Shares') to be
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.


Further to this announcement the Company announces that application will also be
made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the
Irish Stock Exchange. Such admission is expected to take place on 24 April 2002.
