Purchase of Contracts from UKBZ



COUNTYWeb.com Plc has extended its website hosting portfolio with the purchase
of 115 web hosting contracts from UK Business Zone Limited (UKBZ), an Internet
business directory.  The additional contracts have a total forward value of £
42k.



It is anticipated that the majority of these clients will renew at the end of
their current contracts.  Each new client will be given an enhanced entry in
the COUNTYWeb directory, resulting in higher visibility and ensuring that the
websites remain viewable.



Hosted sites involved include adlab.co.uk, which incorporates the innovative
blue-rocket.co.uk site, and bds-ltd.co.uk, the e-commerce site of Business
Document Solutions Limited.



Stuart Gordon, COUNTYWeb's Financial Director said: 'The 115 web sites will
now be accessible via the main COUNTYWeb.com directory, giving these
businesses and organisations a significantly increased web profile.  These
additional clients and our existing base of more than 3,300 enhanced entries
gives COUNTYWeb a greater recurring revenue base for the future.'
