Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that it today purchased 119,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.0p per Ordinary Share, representing 0.38 per cent of the Company's issued share capital before the transaction. These shares will be held in treasury.

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital as at 18 September 2013 consists of 31,721,178 Ordinary Shares. As a result of the above purchase, the Company now holds 167,229 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 31,553,949.

The figure of 31,553,949 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
