CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

The Board of the Company today announced that Keith Richmond intends to step
down as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. Keith will retire from the
Board of the Company as of June 22, 2001 to enable him to commit additional
time to his other chairmanships, including KDM International PLC and TIMBERWeb
PLC. Peter Brown, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Non-Executive
Chairman with immediate effect. The Board would like to express their
appreciation for the important contribution Keith has played in developing the
COUNTYWeb business since it was founded in 1996.
