Notifiable Interest

The Company was notified on 14 November 2003 that, on that date,  Mr Peter
Wildey acquired 109,491 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. As a result
of this transaction, Mr Wildey's holding of ordinary shares is now 2,775,000,
representing 9.3 per cent of the issued shares of that class.

The Company was also notified on 14 November 2003 that, on that date,  Suffolk
Life Annuities Limited sold 111,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.
As a result of this transaction, Suffolk Life Annuities Limited's holding of
ordinary shares is now 4,088,312, representing 13.7 per cent of the issued
shares of that class.
