HOLDING IN COMPANY
The Company was notified on 30 November 2001 that on that date Mr Peter Wildey
acquired 125,850 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Wildey's holding of ordinary shares is now
1,355,850, representing 5.01 per cent of the issued shares of that class.
