The Company received notification yesterday that following the purchase
yesterday of 100,000 shares in the Company at a price of 7.13 pence each, Peter
Brown, the Chairman of the Company, now has a holding of 1,308,351 shares,
representing 4.39 per cent of the issued shares of that class.
