Directors' Share Dealings

The Company received notification yesterday that following the purchase of
22,927 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 8.81 pence each, Suffolk
Life Annuities Limited is now interested in 3,981,788 ordinary 1p shares
representing 14.83 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

As a consequence of this transaction, Stuart Gordon, the Finance Director of the
Company, now has an interest in a further 10,673 ordinary shares in the Company,
taking his total interest to 256,242 shares, representing 0.95 per cent of the
issued shares of that class.

As a consequence of this transaction, Geoffrey Forsyth, the Technical Director
of the Company, now has an interest in a further 12,254 ordinary shares in the
Company, taking his total interest to 192,822 shares, representing 0.72 per cent
of the issued shares of that class.
