Director's Shareholding
The Company today received notification that as a consequence of a purchase
today at 7.75 pence per share by Suffolk Life Annuities Limited, William
Catchpole, the Managing Director of the Company, now has an interest in a
further 63,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company, taking his total interest to
1,000,374 shares, representing 3.72 per cent. of the issued share capital of
that class.
