PayPoint plc - Interim Dividend

The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") have recommended the payment of an interim dividend of 10.2 pence per ordinary share for the 27 weeks ended 30 September 2012. The interim dividend will be paid on 20 December 2012 to those shareholders on the register on 7 December 2012 with the associated ex-dividend date being 5 December 2012.
