Directorate / Board Changes

PayPoint plc is pleased to announce that Warren Tucker will succeed David Newlands as Chairman of the company, effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in July 2014.  Warren joins the company as a non-executive Director and Chairman-designate on 5 February 2014.

Warren Tucker was most recently an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Cobham plc, the international aerospace and defence company.  He is a non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee at Reckitt Benckiser Group plc and a non-executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at Thomas Cook Group plc.

David Newlands, Chairman of PayPoint plc, said:
