Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a listing of 200,000 ordinary shares of 1/3 each under the PayPoint
plc Share Incentive Plan and to be held by PayPoint Trust Managers Limited.
Application has been made to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be
admitted to the Official List upon issuance.
