The Board of Standard Life European Private Equity Trust PLC announces the resignation of Donald Workman as a non-executive director with effect from today. Mr Workman, who is an employee of the Royal Bank of Scotland plc, has been appointed Executive Chairman, RBS Asia Pacific and will be relocating to the Far East. The Board would like to thank Mr Workman for his excellent service on behalf of the Company over the past six years.
