Delay in Preliminary Unaudited Results Statement
for the financial year ended 31 December 2003

The Board of Directors announce that the year end results are still in
preparation, and accordingly under the AIM Rules, the shares of the company must
be suspended from trading until the Annual Report and Accounts can be completed.
The Board estimates that this will be within 28 days.

This extra time for the preparation of the accounts is required for the
following reasons:-

• Following the appointment of the current Board in February 2004, the
  Board commenced a review of all of the companies within the Pathfinder group

• The new auditors were instructed in April 2004 and require further time
  to familiarise themselves with the complex structure of the group of
  companies
