                                 SHAREHOLDINGS


The Company were informed on 29 June 2006 that as at that date R Yorke-Starkey
held 2,550,957 ordinary shares in Pathfinder, representing 3.2% of the issued
ordinary share capital


In addition, the Company were informed today that as at this date, W A Lipien
holds 2,546,630 ordinary shares in Pathfinder, representing 3.2% of the issued
ordinary share capital.
