                on behalf of Sunnyview Limited ('Sunnyview') for
              up to 25% of the issued share capital of the Company


The Board of Pathfinder notes the result of the Tender Offer with acceptances
representing only 8.84% of the issued share capital of the Company.  The level
of acceptances demonstrates shareholders' clear support for the Board and its
strategy, confirming the Company's potential value.
