                       RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



At the Annual General Meeting of Pathfinder Properties PLC held today, all
resolutions were passed with the exception of Ordinary Resolution 4, to elect Mr
Edward Azouz as a director, which was withdrawn; Special Resolution 6, granting
the directors the authority to issue shares for cash in certain circumstances
without invoking pre-emption rights, which was defeated and Special Resolution
7, granting the Company authority to make market purchases of its own shares,
which was also defeated.
