Notice of General Meeting

Further to the Company's announcement on 3 January 2023 regarding the conditional placing to raise £0.5 million (the "Placing"), Pathfinder has today published a circular containing a notice to convene the necessary General Meeting to seek shareholder approval to allot shares in the Company in connection with the Placing and to disapply pre-emption rights (the "Notice").

The General Meeting is to be held at 35 Berkeley Square, London, W1J 5BF on 27 January 2023 at 12:30 p.m.

The Notice will shortly be sent to registered shareholders and is available to view on the Company's website at www.pathfinderminerals.com .
