Pathfinder announces that it has today published a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company (the "Notice"). The Notice will be posted to shareholders tomorrow, and is available on the Company's website at: www.pathfinderminerals.com.

 

The AGM will be held at 33 St James' Square, London, SW1Y 4JS on 22 June 2023 at 17:00 BST.
