name is Claire Antoinette O'Connor and she was born on 5th January 1963.

She is also a director of Pathfinder Recovery 1 PLC, Pathfinder Recovery 2 PLC,
Professional People (UK) Limited, Inter People Limited and Alive at 50 Limited.

There is no other information about Ms. O'Connor that should be disclosed in
relation to section (f) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
