SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING

This is to advise, you in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985,
(as amended by Section 134 of the 1989 Act), that Henderson Investors and its
associated companies (acting as agent for its discretionary clients) now hold
(either directly or indirectly) 34,342,687 ordinary 5p shares in Parity Group
which represent 22.55% of the issued share capital of 152,328,941.
