The Company has today received notification from North Atlantic Value LLP that,
on 10 February 2005, North Atlantic Value LLP sold 2,000,000 ordinary 5p shares
in the Company ('Shares'), reducing its total interest, as discretionary
manager, in the Company to 27,758,829 Shares representing approximately 9.62% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
