Directors Interests
Parity Group plc announces that Mrs J Davies, the former head
of Parity Human Resources, has today been allotted 38,292
Ordinary 5p shares in Parity Group plc following the exercise
of options under the Parity SAYE scheme at 33.3p each. As a
result of this exercise, Paul Davies, Chief Executive, is now
interested in 188,292 Ordinary 5p shares in Parity Group plc.
