Parity Group announces that on 16 August 1999 Paul Davies
exercises 51,750 options under the Parity SAYE Scheme at an
exercise price of 33 pence each.  As a result Mr Davies's
beneficial interest in the Company is now 240,042 Parity Group
plc ordinary shares.
