                                  Board Change

The Board of Parity Group PLC today announces that Philip Swinstead has stepped
down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group. Having founded the Company in
1994, and led it until 2001, he rejoined as Chairman in late 2004 to commence
the recovery of the business. He became Deputy Chairman in May 2005 and stepped
down from that position in July 2007 on the appointment of Lord Freeman as
Chairman. Philip will now focus on his other business interests in a number of
private and public companies in the UK and Europe. He has recently joined the
Board of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, currently a
significant shareholder in Parity.

Lord Freeman commented:

'On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Philip for his unstinting work to
re-energise Parity, and for setting the direction and putting in place the
changes that have driven the recovery in our business. We look forward to his
continued support as a major shareholder in Parity.'
