Announcement of Directors' Share Interests

The following announcement of Directors' interests in the Ordinary shares of
Parity Group plc ('the Company') is made pursuant to the requirements of
Section 329 Companies Act 1985 ('the Act').

On 31 May 2001 Mr. W. Cockburn, Chairman and Mr. I. Miller, Chief Executive of
Parity Group plc, each purchased 25,000 ordinary 5p shares in Parity Group plc
at a price of 86p per share.
