Parity Group plc ('the Company')
The Company was advised on 16 January 2001 that Capriles Holdings, a Trust of
which Mrs P.L. Swinstead (wife of the Company Chairman) is sole beneficiary,
purchased 8,645 ordinary 5p shares in the Company at a price of £1.12 per
share on 29 December 2000.
