          Announcement of Directors' Share Interests
                               
The following announcement of directors' interests in ordinary
shares of Parity Group plc (the 'Company') is made pursuant to
the requirements of section 324 and Schedule 13 of the
Companies Act 1985.

On 12 September 2000 Walbrook Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, as
trustee of The Parity Group 1999 Employee Benefit Trust,
granted options over ordinary shares in Parity Group plc under
the Parity Group 1999 Unapproved Company Share Option Plan to
certain Executive Directors and senior managers.  The Directors
who received options as part of this award are set out below:
