On 4 June 2007, Ian Ketchin, Finance Director, was granted an award under the Parity Group Share Option Plan (the "Plan"). Mr Ketchin has now surrendered his award under the Plan.

The award was of 174,698 options over Parity Group plc ordinary shares at an exercise price of 83p.
