Lord Freeman, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 2p each
in the Company ('Shares') at 67.35p per share on 1 November 2007. Lord Freeman's
resultant interest in the Company comprises 5,000 Shares, representing
approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
