Alwyn Welch, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 14,815 ordinary shares of 2p
each in the Company ('Shares') at 67.5p per share on 1 November 2007. Mr.
Welch's resultant interest in the Company comprises 314,815 Shares, 
representing approximately 0.828% of the Company's issued ordinary share
