Further to the announcement on 28 June 2006 in relation to the appointment of
Nigel Tose as a director of the Company, Parity announces that, in relation to
paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, Mr Tose was a
director of Grantcheston Limited and of Tollgate Holdings Limited, both of which
were placed into insolvent liquidation over 10 years ago.
