      Appointment of Chief Operating Officer for UK Resources subsidiary

Parity  Group  plc  today announces the appointment  of  David  Pye  as  Chief
Operating  Officer  of  Parity Resources, the Group's  UK  IT  resourcing  and
recruitment  company.  He  will report to Rick  Bacon,  Managing  Director  of
Parity's international Software Services division and will be a member of  its
Executive Management Committee.

David  Pye, 35, has for the past six years been Regional and Customer Director
with  Spring Group plc where he has been actively involved in winning  several
major  preferred  supplier  agreements as well as being  closely  involved  in
Spring's IT investment programme. He has over 14 years' experience in  the  IT
resourcing and recruitment sector.

Commenting  on  the appointment, Rick Bacon said, ' We are delighted  to  have
someone with David's abilities and experience to run our UK operations. I look
forward to working with him to drive the growth of Parity Resources in the  UK
and to build up Parity's Software Services division worldwide.'
