Appointment of Chief Restructuring Officer

Parity Group plc is pleased to announce that Ed Watkinson has been appointed as Chief Restructuring Officer to assist the new management team whilst they complete the reorganisation of the Group's businesses, as described in the recent Interim Results announcement.  

The appointment is for a six month period and Ed will focus on treasury and financial forecasting matters, reporting to Paul Davies, the Group Chief Executive.

Ed is a longstanding member of the Institute for Turnarounds and played a similar role at Parity in 2005/06.
