ADDITIONAL LISTING


Application has been made for 114,286 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
to trading on the London Stock Exchange, pursuant to the exercise of options.
The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects
with the Company's existing issued Shares. Dealings are expected to commence in
these Shares on 22 January 2006.
