  Interregnum backs CallCentric Limited's acquisition of the
       global operations of Datapoint Corporation, Inc.


As  detailed in the Interregnum's announcement on 4 May  2000,
the  Company  is  pleased to announce the  completion  of  the
purchase  of  the global operations of Datapoint  Corporation,
Inc.  by  CallCentric  Limited, a  transaction  in  which  the
Company had a backing interest.
