Holding in Company

The Board of Parkmead reports that it has been notified that Niall Doran, a former director of the Company, has sold 6,062,650 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this sale, Niall Doran remains beneficially interested in 29,429,027 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.81 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of Parkmead.
