                               Directorate Change



The Board of Parkmead wishes to announce that Mr Ian Taylor and Mr David Mills
will be stepping down from the Board of Parkmead with immediate effect.


Commenting, Chief Executive of the Group, Niall Doran, said:

'Ian's contribution to the Group has been immense, in particular over the past
year in our period of restructuring.  With the restructuring complete he has
decided to focus on his political and other business interests.  I should like
to take this opportunity of wishing him every success.

David Mills joined the Board of the Group following the acquisition of Quayside
Corporate Services Limited.  David is now stepping down from the Group Board to
concentrate on business development in Quayside.'
