Interregnum PLC 03 January 2003 3 January 2003 PRESS RELEASE INTERREGNUM PLC Appointment of Adrian Merryman to become Chief Executive Officer of Screen plc Interregnum plc has announced that it has reached agreement with Screen plc for the transfer of Adrian Merryman, Interregnum's Chief Investment Officer, to step down from Interregnum's board in order to take up a permanent position as CEO of Screen plc, an Interregnum client company, with immediate effect. This appointment follows a successful engagement by Interregnum during which Adrian Merryman worked as a key member of the Screen plc interim management team to effect the corporate reorganisation and successfully return the company to trading on the Alternative, Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. Adrian Merryman's other Interregnum responsibilities will be assumed by Ken Olisa, Chairman and CEO, and Roger Jeynes, Chief Operating Officer. Ian Taylor, MBE, MP, will continue as part-time Executive Chairman of Screen plc and as an Executive Director of Interregnum.
