                     Name change to The Parkmead Group plc


With effect from Tuesday 16th May 2006 Interregnum plc will change its name to
'The Parkmead Group' and have the new ticker symbol 'PMG.'

The Parkmead Group's business is now centred on business turnaround, principal
finance and corporate finance activity across sectors which include aerospace,
energy, leisure, manufacturing and technology.
