The Board of the Parkmead Group plc (the 'Group') announces that 6,667 new
ordinary 5 pence shares ('Ordinary Shares') in the Group have been allotted as
the result of an exercise of options.

Application has been made for the 6,667 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market for listed securities. The new
Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Group.
