The Company announces that Fiona Clutterbuck, a director and PDMR of the Company, has today bought a total of 5,158 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in The Paragon Group of Companies PLC at £3.85537 per share.

Following the purchase of these shares, Ms Clutterbuck holds 8,372 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the Company.
