The following information is disclosed further to the announcement of the
appointment of Mr Edward Tilly as a non-executive director of The Paragon Group
of Companies PLC with effect from 1 April 2008, in compliance with the UKLA
rules governing the appointment of directors.

Mr Tilly was a director of Retail Decisions PLC from January 2000 until January
2007. Other than this, there are no further matters under paragraph 9.6.13 of
the Listing Rules to be disclosed.
