As at 1 March 2023, Panther's capital consists of 92,822,307 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company of 5.5 pence each. There are no shares held in treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Panther is 92,822,307 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Panther under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
