Director's Dealing

Asian Plantations Limited (LSE: PALM), a palm oil plantation company with operations in Malaysia, received notification, on 20 November 2013, that Keresa Plantations ("Keresa"), a company controlled by Tan Sri Datuk Amar Leonard Linggi, Chairman of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the company of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 November 2013 at a price of 199 pence per Ordinary Share, representing, in aggregate, 0.11 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Keresa is now the holder of 13,749,208 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 29.40 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
