Production Update - Oct 2007

Pantheon Resources PLC 15 November 2007 Production Update - October 2007 15/11/2007 Pantheon Resources plc, ('Pantheon' or the 'Company'), the AIM-listed oil and gas exploration company active in the Gulf of Mexico, is pleased to announce that the Company's combined production, on a working interest basis, averaged 1220 thousand cubic feet a day (' mcfd ') plus 6 barrels oil per day ('bopd') in October 2007. This compares with 875 mcfd in September 2007. Pantheon's historic monthly production is provided in Table 1.
