Production Update - July 2007

Pantheon Resources PLC 06 August 2007 August 6, 2007 PANTHEON RESOURCES PLC Production Update-July 2007 The Board of Pantheon Resources ('Pantheon') announces that the company's combined production on a working interest basis averaged 105.9 thousand cubic feet a day ('mcfd') in July 2007. This output is currently from Pantheon's four fields in its Project Wharton venture. A major event in the Company's development will occur with the commissioning of the Wilson discovery (Pantheon 31.77% working interest). This is due before end-August according to the Operator, despite heavy rains which delayed hook-up of the Wilson ST949#1 well to the sales pipeline. The Operator has estimated a gross production rate of between 2.5 to 3.5 million cubic feet a day ('mmcfd'). This equates to an output net to Pantheon of between 0.79 to 1.11 mmcfd. Pantheon's historic monthly production is provided in Table 1.
