PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC
The Company has today been informed that, following the recent reconstruction
of the Company, BAE Systems Pension Funds CIF Trustees Limited hold 875,866
ordinary 67p shares in the Company, representing 4.94% of issued class of
capital.
